my habits for sleep

This is a work that describes the way that I use to sleep and the problems that I use to have.

Before I go to sleep I always have dinner then I brush my teeth, I use the computer untill I am tire, finally I watch T.V. to get sleep.

The problems that I use to have when I got sleep are: I talk by myself and I move all along the bed.
